The service is for all adults over the age of 18 who are a South Gloucestershire resident or registered with a GP practice in South Gloucestershire.

• Manage your Weight

On the One You South Gloucestershire website, you can find information about local services for the all of the above topics as well as information for practitioners and families. You can also find information on volunteer opportunities as well as digital tools (including One You apps for tablet and mobile).

The service is funded by South Gloucestershire Council and the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board.
