Telephone befriending with Age UK South Gloucestershire

Have you ever considered telephone befriending? Age UK is looking for volunteers aged 18 and over who will be matched with a local older person, for regular phone chats. Telephone befriending isn’t a big commitment, and you don’t need any special qualifications. You just need to be flexible, reliable and up for a good chat. To find out more, email volunteering@ageuksouthglos.org.uk

For information about a wide range of volunteering opportunities across South Gloucestershire, including a short video, see the volunteer section of the South Gloucestershire Council website.
